About JP Popovich

I am an Arizona native from Sedona and have lived in Flagstaff since 2008. I bring knowledge of the area and can provide suggestions on a vast spectrum of Arizona offerings.

I have worked directly in customer service for over 15 years and during the past ten years, I have had the pleasure to work directly with a very diverse population of people in the service industry in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona. Working with both the local community as well as international and domestic travelers has given me the opportunity to understand and evaluate the needs of a vast spectrum of people. I have come to understand and focus my attention on the fact that everyone’s needs are different. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, we must adapt and translate what we have to offer to meet the individual needs. I have spent this time learning how to find ways to understand clients needs to better serve them along with providing the highest level of customer service. It is with great pleasure that I have had the opportunity to interact, serve and work with the Flagstaff community. My goal is to help people through service, education, and professionalism. I look forward to bringing this knowledge into my real estate business.

I graduated from Northern Arizona University (NAU) in 2011 with a Bachelors in Arts - English Creative Writing, Non-Fiction. During my education, I made a point to travel as much as possible. I spent the majority of 2010 living in the Netherlands studying American Culture from a Dutch perspective. Travel and meeting people from different communities, countries, and trains of thought is something that is very important to me. I find travel to be a valuable asset to global understanding and something that I am accustomed and welcome to. To be successful in all aspects of customer service, I have exerted an outgoing, positive and energetic personality that I will translate into my future in real estate.
